One day Zano suggests to his companion, Naïma, to travel across France and Spain to Algiers and finally see the place their parents once fled from. With only music as their baggage, the two depart and are initially charmed by the sensuality of Andalusia. They cross the Mediterranean and, going from one encounter to another, from techno music to flamenco, complete their trip as exiles-in-reverse, with the hope of finding themselves and their roots. |
