Iran 20 years ago. A family of Afghan refugees faces a serious problem. The son, a boy named Roohollah, is the victim of an accident that causes him to have both arms amputated. The parents feel that they are given poor consideration by the medical staff, as they are unwanted guests in the country. According to them, their son’s limbs could have been saved. Roohollah, on the other hand, with determination, decides to look forward and not give up on his dreams. The film sees him as a real protagonist in reconstructing what happened to him, even with the mediation of a cinematographic reconstruction in which he himself collaborates in the choice of the actors who will have to play the roles of his parents.
