In the sun-drenched countryside of Catalonia, the Solé family has lived in and cultivated for decades a vast orchard that had been offered to them after the Civil War by the owners, the Pinyols. A gesture of honour in return for crucial help, but never sealed with official documents. The Solés therefore find themselves powerless when trucks loaded with solar panels arrive on the land, ready to convert the orchard and eliminate the only business the family has ever known. However, Quimet, son of the elderly pater familias Rogelio and current head of the agricultural business, does not want to give in to the imposition.
