Lena von Döhren will illustrate her method of creation and present an interim stage of her new animated film ‘Bats & Bugs’ now in development. A multiple Berlinale award-winner and expert in animated films for children, Lena von Döhren is an important and indispensable voice in Swiss cinema. The ‘Bats & Bugs’ project was developed as part of the Casa Pantrovà 2024 residency.
Julie Ecoffey, digital animator and in charge of post-production of Samuel Patthey's “Sans voix”, will share the working method and creation process from storyboard to animatic of the Swiss Youth Award winning film Fantoche. The film also won the Pardino d'oro at the last Locarno Film Festival and the Cinema&Gioventù Award.
