The road from kitchen to parliament was long and difficult for Swiss women - four generations have had to fight for the male electorate to grant women the right to political decision sharing. Stéphane Goël's documentary traces this path with sensitivity and humour. Politicians and activists describe their struggle for the egalitarian cause.
