Sandra has a husband, Manu, two kids and a job in a little company that makes solar panels. Sandra “had” a job because her colleagues were given a choice: if they vote to fire her (she is considered the weak link in the production chain because she suffered from depression, although now she’s better) they will get a 1000-euro bonus. If they vote to keep her they won’t. Thanks to support from Manu, Sandra asks for a re-vote, but in secret. She gets it, but has very little time to convince those who voted against her to change their minds.
