Hodder lives with his father who works at night and, to keep from feeling too much alone, he seeks refuge in an imaginary world. One night a fairy appears, begging him to save the world. “You are the chosen one”… Hodder would very much like to be a hero, to show everyone that he’s cool. His classmates always tease him and not even his teacher understands him, everybody thinks he’s a little strange. And so, where to start? The world is big, and how can you manage without friends? Taking the baker’s advice, Hodder decides to begin by saving a small country and opts for a tiny island off the African coast, Guambilua. The adventure begins…
