Mikhaël has to write an essay on «My Dream House». But he reacts with anger at the arrival of Benny, a handicapped boy invited to the class by the teacher, to sensitize the students. Some time later, an accident puts classmate Simone in a wheelchair. Mikhaël guides his classmates in an appeal for housing that suits the requirements of the disabled, and pays tribute to Simone with a new essay.
