Victim of rape by a family member at the age of 17, Fatma does not report it and feels forced to bear her pain in silence. She continues her studies and her difficult path as a young woman in search of emancipation. She falls in love with Aziz, an open-minded young man, with whom she hopes to build an equal-standing relationship not overshadowed by the past.
