A class of sixteen-year-olds is on a class trip to the Polish seacoast. The students are not exactly enthusiastic about this off-season jaunt. Between ping-pong matches, cultural excursions and drinking too much, a shy relationship develops between Ronny and his classmate Isa. But in a disco they make the acquaintance of Marek, a young native of the place, and Ronny realizes that Marek is much more interested in Isa than in him. Racked by jealousy he closes into himself more and more until one day he challenges Marek to a test of courage that will have surprising consequences.
