Conference Room of Millefiori's Restaurant Giubiasco Among the audiences viewing animated feature films are often children and young people, to whom these films are often specifically addressed, with choices of lengths, plot contents and editing rhythms created ‘ad hoc’ for young audiences. To better understand how animation authors set up their projects at the development stage for an audience of children and young people, and to understand how distributors of animated films devise their distribution strategy for these films, we are proposing our ‘Kids Film Forum - Industry Day’ aimed at professionals in the sector and those interested in cultural mediation on the subject of animation. This day will create synergies between authors and industry professionals and will explore the distribution of children's animated films. Programme
