For several years now, Castellinaria has organised an Italian film screening at the Gymnasium Liestal in spring for all students of the Institute attending Italian classes. The programme of the activity, which includes not only the screening but also discussion and insights, is prepared in cooperation with the teachers. This year the choice fell on the opening film of the 37th edition of Castellinaria. The film L'ULTIMA SETTIMANA DI SETTEMBRE (THE LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER) by Gianni De Biasi with Diego Abatantuono, which also featured in the list of films in the YOUNG competition, will be presented on Wednesday 9 April 2025 in the presence of Giancarlo Zappoli and Claudia Bersani. A video message from the director will introduce the film's theme.
