Frédérique, a 24-year-old nurse, attempts suicide in the woods but a bullet gravely wounds an adolescent, Marco. The young woman’s first impulse is to turn herself in, but then considers the fact that no one witnessed it and changes her mind. Shortly afterwards the wounded Marco is brought to the emergency room of the hospital where she works and she is the one to take care of him.
