"Keep it tidy!" - The slogan of the new President resounds in the orderly streets. The concept of 'clean' includes the appearance of citizens. Paul is one of those ugly-looking children, whose big floppy ears are quite noticeable on class photo day. When he and other 'ugly' children are invited on a trip, Paul soon realises that, in reality, the President intends to segregate them away from the rest of the population, and runs away. On the run, and with the help of Sara, one of the 'pretty' girls, Paul founds an underground club to fight against the President.
